Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Accounting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.
  • Reconciliations & Closures:
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations.
  • Taxation & Compliance:
  • Prepare and file GST returns.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.

  • Develop the ability to complete financial tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Identify areas in accounting operations that can be streamlined or improved.

Requirements

  • Manage accounting entries and daily bookkeeping.
  • Ensure timely GST filings and support during audits.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including vendors, banks, and auditors.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and has at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.

Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred.

Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is a plus.

We're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and ownership.
