AML Compliance Expert Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AML Compliance Expert to join our team. As a detail-driven professional, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews and investigations, monitoring client transactions, and performing customer due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth AML reviews and investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze client transactions to identify potential risks and anomalies.
  • Perform CDD, KYC, and EDD for new and existing clients.
  • Review alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems and escalate high-risk cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of investigations, risk assessments, and reporting for audit purposes.
  • Prepare suspicious transaction reports (STRs) as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AML policy compliance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of AML policies and training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of AML regulations, KYC processes, and transaction monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy.
