Job Title: Privileged Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to join our team. As a PAM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining BeyondTrust PAM solutions to manage and monitor privileged access across the organization's systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in implementing and managing PAM solutions like BeyondTrust. You will work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to align PAM strategies with organizational objectives, providing expertise and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PAM Solution Management: Implement, configure, and maintain BeyondTrust PAM solutions to manage and monitor privileged access across the organization's systems.
  • Integration and Customization: Integrate BeyondTrust solutions with existing IT infrastructure, customizing configurations to align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Access Control Enforcement: Develop and enforce policies for privileged account usage, ensuring adherence to security standards and minimizing potential vulnerabilities.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor privileged access activities, generate detailed reports, and analyze logs to detect and respond to unauthorized or suspicious actions.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to align PAM strategies with organizational objectives, providing expertise and support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years focused on implementing and managing PAM solutions like BeyondTrust.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing BeyondTrust solutions, understanding of access control models, and familiarity with related technologies such as LDAP, RDBMS, and SSL.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
