Job Summary

This role is responsible for implementing, configuring and maintaining privileged access management solutions to ensure secure access across the organization's systems.

  • PAM Solution Management: Develop and implement BeyondTrust PAM solutions to manage and monitor privileged access activities.
  • Integration and Customization: Integrate BeyondTrust solutions with existing IT infrastructure and customize configurations to align with organizational security policies.
  • Access Control Enforcement: Develop and enforce policies for privileged account usage to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security standards.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor privileged access activities, generate detailed reports, and analyze logs to detect and respond to unauthorized actions.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to align PAM strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in PAM technologies and cybersecurity threats, recommending and implementing enhancements to strengthen access controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years focused on implementing and managing PAM solutions like BeyondTrust.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing BeyondTrust solutions, understanding of access control models, and familiarity with related technologies such as LDAP, RDBMS, and SSL.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
