Job Description

In this role, you will design scalable backend systems to support high-traffic applications, ensuring robust performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities include writing and maintaining testable, efficient, and reusable code, aligning with current best practices and company coding standards.

Project priorities and deliverables will be managed with technical expertise, while collaborating with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products.

Additionally, you will mentor teammates and set high technical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the GenAI stack.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Scalability and Performance Optimization.
  • Strong coding, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
