Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineer (Python) to join our innovative team. Your expertise in building scalable systems, high-performance APIs, and data-driven products will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AgTech.

  • Design, Develop and Maintain Scalable Systems: Utilize modern frameworks like Pydantic, FastAPI, and Django to create production-ready code.
  • High-Performance APIs: Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for exceptional performance.
  • Data-Driven Products: Work closely with AI engineers and product teams to integrate LLMs and GenAI-driven insights.
  • Security, Reliability, and Performance: Ensure seamless backend services through rigorous testing and quality assurance.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures are highly valued. Bonus points for experience with AI/LLM integrations or agentic frameworks.

To excel in this role, you'll need 5+ years of backend development experience and expertise in Python, along with knowledge of modern frameworks, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and push the boundaries of what's possible in AgTech.
