Hospital Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Quality Assurance Specialist to lead quality assurance initiatives across four secondary-care hospitals. This pivotal position will ensure that hospital operations meet the highest standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance with national accreditation requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hospital operations in alignment with national accreditation standards; conduct Training of Trainers (ToTs) for stakeholders.
  • Monitor each hospital's progress toward achieving and sustaining national accreditation; advise on corrective actions for non-conformities in audits.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys bi-annually using random sampling and established protocols.
  • Oversee and coordinate quarterly site visits for quality checks across departments (outpatient, inpatient, diagnostics, emergency, surgery, and support services).

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in hospital management/administration or equivalent.
  • Certification as an Internal Auditor for national accreditation standards.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in successful national accreditation of multispecialty/super-speciality hospitals.
