Air Conditioning Quality Assurance Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Quality Engineer at Cellecor Gadgets Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring that our air conditioning systems meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality control processes for AC manufacturing and assembly;
- Conducting regular inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products;
- Investigating product defects and quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, ASHRAE, etc.);
- Maintaining detailed documentation of quality metrics, reports, and audits;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes, drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards;
- Evaluating suppliers and vendors to ensure material quality, monitoring supplier performance, and suggesting improvements;
- Training production and assembly teams on quality standards and procedures, developing educational materials, and conducting regular workshops.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance for air conditioning;
- Proficient in quality tools like FMEA, SPC, and control charts;
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, cooling systems, and related components;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
