Drive innovation in aircraft propulsion systems with a focus on nacelle design and development. We seek an experienced Mechanical Aircraft Propulsion Systems Architect to lead the conceptual and detailed design of nacelle systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define system-level requirements for nacelles, including inlets, fan cowls, thrust reversers, and exhausts.
  • Oversee the integration of nacelle systems with engine and aircraft, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage testing and validation plans for nacelle components and systems.
  • Analyze test data to verify system performance and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in aerospace systems engineering, with a focus on nacelle design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of nacelle systems, including inlets, fan cowls, thrust reversers, and exhausts.
  • In-depth understanding of aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA) and certification processes.
  • Proficiency with engineering software such as CATIA, ANSYS, and MATLAB/Simulink.
