RF Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an RF Systems Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the integration and testing of complex RF systems.

The successful candidate will have expertise in RF system design, development, and testing, as well as experience with RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of RF concepts including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation. Additionally, they should have knowledge of active and passive RF devices, cables, and connectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and test RF systems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors.
  • Develop test plans and conduct RF testing and validation.
  • Analyze system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues at system and component levels.
  • Collaborate with design, PCB layout, and mechanical teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in RF systems integration, RF hardware development, or related engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of RF concepts, including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with RF test equipment and knowledge of RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB. Strong knowledge of active & passive RF devices, cables and connectors is also desirable. Understanding of EMI/EMC and their effect on RF systems is essential.
