Job Overview

Thanisha Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Email and Chat Support Executive to join our team in Chennai. This full-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in international non-voice processes or call centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary up to 30k and a cab facility within 15kms. The working hours are from 6pm to 8am.

Requirements:
