Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing market complaints in accordance with relevant SOPs, business matrixes, and SLA timelines. This involves working closely with the team to ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing market complaints as per relevant SOPs, business matrixes, and SLA timelines.
  • Assisting in data collection and reporting of KPIs.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the assigned area of work.
  • Managing ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Reporting deviations through timely escalations.
  • Implementing continuous process improvement projects to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Maintaining updated records for service dashboards, order management frameworks, and time sheets.
  • Completing training on relevant procedures before undertaking any GxP activities.
  • Reporting deliverable status regularly and continuously enhancing process knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems.
  • An ability to review market complaint investigation reports.
  • A basic understanding of product manufacturing, pharmaceutical products, and lifecycle events.
  • Familiarity with TrackWise.
  • An understanding of performance KPIs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Awareness of GxP guidelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.

Desirable Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Pharmacy.
