Job Title: Commercial Banking SME

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Banking Consultant/Subject Matter Expert to lead our commercial banking engagements.
  • As a domain consultant and advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide actionable insights and business requirements.
  • Your expertise in translating complex banking processes into actionable insights will drive solution design and process improvements across client implementations.
  • You will own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for our commercial banking offerings.
  • Your digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations will enhance our service delivery and ensure alignment with regulatory trends, market shifts, and technology innovations in the banking sector.
  • Collaborating with delivery and technology teams is essential to ensuring banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the commercial banking domain, with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding from an operations standpoint.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in management or related field is expected.
