This role focuses on driving seamless and efficient customer onboarding experiences, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional results.

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strategic vision for the e-KYC onboarding process aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements. They will identify market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to enhance the e-KYC product offerings.
This role involves defining product roadmaps, priorities, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also lead the design, development, and deployment of e-KYC onboarding workflows and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a strategic vision for the e-KYC onboarding process, identifying market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to enhance product offerings.
- Product Development and Optimization: Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-KYC onboarding workflows and technologies, collaborating with engineers, UX/UI designers, and data teams.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure e-KYC processes comply with all relevant regulations, working closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with business, sales, and customer support teams to align product functionalities with organizational needs.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the onboarding process, regularly analyzing product performance and gathering customer feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on E-KYC, digital onboarding, or financial technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, AML, and regulatory requirements related to KYC processes.
- Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
