Job Overview

This role involves delivering packages to designated locations within a specified timeframe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning daily routes, loading and unloading packages, and interacting with customers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute packages to various locations within the allocated time frame.
  • Plan daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
  • Loading and unloading packages with care.
  • Collect and record payment for delivered packages.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
  • Obtain customers' signatures upon completion of each delivery.
  • Maintain the company vehicle by cleaning, washing, refueling, and performing routine checks.
  • Report any accidents or traffic violations to the relevant authorities.

Required Skills
