Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to users of our systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Linux system administration or support
  • Experience in HPC environments is a plus
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating system + hands on experience in installation of Linux system
  • Configuration of nfs,smb,iscsi storage
  • Basic knowledge of HPC architecture and components
  • Familiarity with job schedulers like SLURM, PBS, or similar
  • Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of PFS file system(Beegfs)
