Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Faridabad. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to improve services and processes.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
