Job Purpose

To perform key activities related to membership compliance and support the team in achieving a no error work environment.

  • Scrutinizing applications for change in directors as per regulatory norms.
  • Screening all applications related to director details, shareholding patterns, directors, and transfer of membership.
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating control sheets, and following up with members via communication channels.
Key Result Areas:Change in Director's Details
  • Process change in directors' applications as per Exchange/SEBI guidelines.
  • Verify all applications related to change in director details, shareholding patterns, directors, and membership transfer.
  • Update member records, maintain control sheets, and follow up with members through regular updates.
Change in Shareholding/DPG Pattern/Constitution/Re-constitution of Partnership Firm
  • Review and process documents related to shareholding patterns, constitution, re-constitution, or partnership firm documents.
  • Keep accurate records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via phone calls and emails.
Change in Name of Member Entity and Change in Member Office Address
  • Review and process applications as per regulatory norms and update SEBI portal.
  • Process such applications without errors within the prescribed timeframe and update member names and addresses in CRM databases.
Additional Responsibilities

Preferred Profile:

  • Educational Qualifications: Professional certifications from reputable institutions.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of work experience in securities/capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
