Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Sanctions Compliance Specialist to support our global operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting sanctions screening using industry-leading tools and systems, ensuring adherence to international standards and internal policies.

The Role:

  • Perform thorough sanctions checks across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Analyze alerts and investigate potential matches for sanctions compliance purposes.
  • Evaluate the relevance of information from various sources and escalate true matches to senior teams as required.
  • Maintain high accuracy while processing large volumes of data.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve screening queries and provide timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sanctions screening tools such as LexisNexis, World-Check, FIRCO Soft, and others to conduct thorough checks.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and investigative skills to identify potential risks and take corrective action.
  • Show attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • Possess good communication and reporting abilities to effectively convey results and recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sanctions screening or a related field.
  • Relevant degree or certification in a related discipline.
