About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Teleperformance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training officers, line trainers, and ensuring that all training programs are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To administer and supervise training for new hires and existing employees to meet the agreed-upon standards between clients and operations.
  • To support operations in developing knowledge and skills to deliver in their job roles.
  • To prepare and deliver effective training sessions while following up and reporting on the learning transferred.
  • To identify gaps between training programs and operational requirements, recommending and implementing solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • To design, recommend, and evolve training content with the learners' needs in mind.
  • To deliver NHT training to transfer learning.
  • To be flexible and adapt to business requirements, including shift timings and movement across locations.
  • To ensure stakeholders are informed and updated on training progress.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
