Job Title: Sustainability Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sustainability initiatives.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for driving our organization's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, with experience in developing and implementing ESG initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and communicate ESG performance to internal and external audiences.
  • Identify and mitigate environmental and social risks associated with our business activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, business administration).
  • 15+ years of experience in sustainability or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commodity derivatives product development or BRSR reporting, ESG implementation, and ratings.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ESG initiatives.
