Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring EHS compliances & practices in group factories.

  • Maintain ETP, STP, UF, and RO performance to meet company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze water usage reduction opportunities, effluent generation ratio reduction, waste and hazardous waste reduction, operational cost and energy reduction.
  • Track compliance with legal Pollution Control Board norms, CGWA related compliance, and prepare audit reports.
  • Fulfill all PCB legal forms for submission and monitor pollution - water & air.
  • Handle online continuous emission/effluent monitoring system (OCEMS) and PTZ camera.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  3. Developing and implementing strategies for reducing environmental impacts;
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals;

The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental sustainability and a proven track record of success in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities, are essential for this position.
