Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos for BluePi in the Enterprise customer segment and strategic accounts
The role involves strategic planning, executing sales strategy, and GTM initiatives to drive growth
Exceed sales objectives through a consultative sales process right from prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the designated region/industry segment
Work closely with the customer CXOs to understand near and long-term strategic initiatives, business challenges, technology roadmap, and translating them into opportunities for BluePi's services
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customers' business and industry challenges, market trends, technology landscape, and competitive intelligence
Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXO, VP, Business leaders, and procurement to progress new sales opportunities and expansion opportunities in existing accounts
Contribute to refining sales process and enhance its effectiveness
Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and take course corrections if any
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan with a mixture of sell-to and sell-through strategies
Requirements:
Strong enterprise sales experience in Consulting or IT services
Extensive experience in consultative/solution sales in large enterprise segment
Entrepreneurial mindset – self-driven and understands how to build and grow a portfolio of customers
Ability to run workshops with senior customer stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
Experience in selling data and analytics solutions is an added advantage
Willing to go the extra mile, eager to learn, and strong work ethic
Experience in selling services to BFSI, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail
