Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of Adobe Campaign Classic workflows. This role involves collaborating with managers, translating complex requirements into actionable workflows, and showcasing technical prowess in Adobe Campaign, JavaScript, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel, and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing intricate rules using Adobe Campaign, including Java scripting.
  • Developing and executing strategic communications, monitoring performance, making adjustments, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Managing communication status reporting, defining delivery metrics, and creating custom reports using available tools.
  • Analyzing key campaign performance indicators and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Migrating existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform, ensuring a smooth transition.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/BE degree holders with 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Proficient in Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, Excel functions, and other related technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to quickly grasp business requirements.
  • Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
