Job Title: Visual Content Specialist

Description:

The role of a Visual Content Specialist involves creating captivating visual assets to enhance revenue streams and drive brand engagement across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to adapt designs for both digital and print formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design eye-catching graphics for promotional campaigns across digital and print media.
  • Develop visual content for website banners, social media, email campaigns, and other promotions related to food and beverage initiatives.
  • Create digital assets for menu designs, in-park promotional signage, packaging, kiosks, and POS materials to enhance guest experience and boost sales.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to suit revenue-driven marketing needs and seasonal promotions.

Content Creation & Ideation:

  • Work closely with teams to develop promotional concepts and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist in creating campaign branding for partner tie-ups, sponsored events, and corporate partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm merchandise designs, product packaging, and retail branding for park stores.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
  • Understanding of packaging design, menu layouts, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to adapt designs for both digital and print formats.
  • Experience working on point-of-sale materials, promotional signage, and event branding is a plus.
  • Passion for experiential design, storytelling through visuals, and the amusement industry.
