We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Service Management Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Field Service Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement Field Service Management solutions.
  • Customize Field Service Management workflows, dispatch rules, work order management, and mobile configurations.
  • Integrate Field Service Management with other IT systems and third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Field Service Management configurations and customizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest releases and features, especially in Field Service Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in Field Service Management development, with at least 2 years focused on implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Field Service Management components : work orders, assignments, dispatching, skills management, and mobile app.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Field Service Management certification is a plus.
