Job Overview

This role requires someone who can multitask, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently package and dispatch jewelry orders with care and attention to detail.
  • Confirm COD orders and coordinate with customers on a timely basis.
  • Update order details from the website by scheduling shipments on logistics platforms.
  • Manage and organize inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate order records using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support daily e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
  • Organized, reliable and detail-focused individual.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets) and Shopify familiarity is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer coordination.
  • Passionate about fashion, jewelry and social media culture.
