Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Digital Branding Strategist to lead our social media and branding service delivery. This role involves managing client relationships & retention, overseeing branding strategies, and driving impactful social media campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Retention & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their brand goals and objectives to provide tailored strategies and solutions.
  • Client Revenue & Growth: Take ownership of client revenue, invoicing and collections.
  • Strategic Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media and branding strategies that align with clients' business goals and target audiences.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns, ensuring that all content is consistent with brand messaging and identity.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of account managers and executives fostering collaboration and encouraging innovative ideas.
  • Cross Functional Relationship: Maintain and foster cross functional relationships with delivery teams to improve the quality of output.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep clients at the forefront of their markets.

 

Salary Range: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, social media, or branding, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Skills: Outstanding project management, training and presentation skills, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail & organizational skills, strong knowledge of MS Office Products (PPT, Excel, Word), knowledge of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and community management, outstanding leadership skills and lead by example management style.
