Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to assume a leadership role at our organization. This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This senior-level role involves assessing client employee health and benefits programs, including plan design, vendor relationships, and cost drivers.

The ideal candidate will develop tailored recommendations to improve benefits offerings, enhance employee engagement, and control costs.

Key responsibilities include analyzing industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice.

The successful candidate will also identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to current clients, participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients, and collaborate with other teams to deliver client RFPs, plan renewals, and implementations.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating project plans and periodic presentations for specific client groups, developing and managing long-term benefit strategies for clients, and fostering strong client relationships.

Benchmark survey data for client plans, summarize and validate reviewed information, build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted benefits advisor.

Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing on employee health and benefits topics.
