Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team at LTIMindtree. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Staffing and Resource Management modules within Certinia PS Cloud, as well as experience integrating with Workday, managing staff setup in Salesforce and Certinia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer and maintain Certinia PS Cloud application with a focus on the Resource Management, Staffing and Time Entry modules, as well as custom HC related functionalities built within the Certinia OW Solution.
  2. Implement and oversee application changes and enhancements related to Talent Management and HC Operations business areas.
  3. Collaborate with other Tech teams addressing issues and questions about integrations with other systems such as Workday and Performance Management internal OW tools.
  4. Oversee and ensure the correct performance of the user provisioning process for new hires and project assignments.
  5. Support in the maintenance records of user assignments and project staffing levels.
  6. Support and maintain changes to processes in user roles setup, permission assignments and access levels.
  7. Support offboarding processes in Certinia to ensure they meet compliance requirements.
  8. Act as a liaison between Human Capital/Talent Management/Finance business areas, business relationship managers and Certinia technical teams to understand and address application-related needs.
  9. Provide technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  10. Conduct user training sessions on application functionalities and best practices.
  11. Coordinate with HC Ops, Resource Managers and Project Managers to align resourcing needs with system capabilities.
  12. Offer technical support to internal teams regarding Certinia applications.
  13. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations.
  14. Ensure data integrity and security within the applications.
Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a qualification or degree in Computer Science or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and Certinia, with a strong background in Human Capital Management; user provisioning, staffing, and offboarding.

The candidate should also have demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in integration environments, and demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

Achievement of Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Azure DevOps is also desirable.
