  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our flagship technology product, driving its evolution and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain robust technical documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding across the team.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress and collaborating to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading technology projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with hands-on experience in iterative development and continuous integration.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C++, with experience in developing scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex problems into actionable insights and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices, with experience in deploying and managing microservices-based architectures.
