We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team at FTRIC.

We need a person who can lead a team and work well in a fast and busy environment. You must be ready to help us grow and meet our goals.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the whole team.
  • Give tasks to team members.
  • Work with clients and handle their projects.
  • Make sure projects are finished on time.
  • Visit clients and project sites.
  • Set up and run team meetings.
  • Make sure all work is delivered fast and on time.
  • Run our social media campaigns.
  • Help our research and development projects go smoothly.
  • Keep the team motivated.
  • Work closely with our management team.
  • Write reports and look at project data.
  • Check on how staff members are doing.
  • Follow up on every project.
  • Be available for clients and their needs 24/7.
  • Keep good relationships with staff and management.
  • Help with new business activities.
  • Send a daily report to management on project progress.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Someone with a Master's degree and Project Management experience.
  • Or someone with an MBA.
  • Or someone with a B.Tech degree and Project Management experience.
  • You must be able to start working right away.
