Project Analysis Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the Project Analyst position.

  • Maintain and update project data in management tools, analyze performance metrics, and prepare insightful reports for review.
  • Generate dashboards and visual insights to track project progress, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy across all systems.
  • Support project managers with data-driven insights for better planning and forecasting is also an essential part of this role.
  • Identify patterns, risks, or deviations in project data and proactively highlight them.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent time management and organizational abilities, are a must.
