As a growing startup, we're building the next generation of BI, and we're looking for curious, driven people to join our journey.Role: Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote, Full-Time)We're hiring recent graduates (2024/2025) to join as BI Analysts.
As a BI Analyst at Persiv X, you'll work directly with clients and our internal team to design dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights.
This role combines technical skills with business problem-solving, giving you end-to-end ownership of BI projects.
You'll also gain exposure to cutting-edge BI innovations - AI-driven insights, advanced visualizations, and high-scale analytics - while helping businesses make smarter decisions.This is a high-impact role where you'll learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and help shape the future of Persiv X BI.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risksDesign and build dashboards using Persiv X BIPartner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insightsConduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with product and client teams to enhance BI use casesQualifications (Required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)Proficiency in SQL (any database) and working knowledge of Python for data analysis.Ability to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent communication skills to present insights clearlyBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related fieldPreferred (Not Required)Experience working with large-scale datasets (100 GB+)Familiarity with advanced BI features such as forecasting, clustering, or data modelingPrior exposure to startups or client-facing BI projectsCompensation & GrowthCompetitive salary: starting at ₹5–7 LPA, based on skills and project readinessPerformance review at 6 months, with potential for accelerated salary growthOpportunity to work directly with founders and enterprise clients on cutting-edge BI problems????
