Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to support our Quality Assurance and Surveillance team.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can conduct process audits, surveillance checks, and quality inspections with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action tracking in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Maintain audit records and contribute to QMS documentation ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and consistency.
Dashboard Management:
  • Create interactive KPI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel that reflect real-time or periodic updates of QA and surveillance metrics.
Data Collection & Analysis:
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness before integration into dashboards to ensure reliable insights.
QA & Surveillance Metrics:
  • Analyze trends and anomalies in QA and surveillance performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track key metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, surveillance alerts, compliance adherence, and resolution times.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and executive summaries based on dashboard insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actions based on data trends.
Reporting & Communication:
  • Document findings and escalate non-conformances to relevant stakeholders ensuring timely resolution.
