Job Title: AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking an AI Solutions Developer to join our team of innovative professionals. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled developer to design, train, and deploy custom OCR models using Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deploy Custom OCR Models: Utilize leading technologies to create custom OCR models that meet business needs, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Automate Document Classification and Data Extraction: Integrate with cutting-edge services like Azure Translator and AWS Comprehend to automate document classification and data extraction from various formats (PDFs, scanned images, invoices, etc.).
  • Integrate OCR Workflows with AI Services: Leverage advanced AI frameworks like Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock to build GenAI-powered solutions for semantic understanding and summarization of documents.
  • Apply Image-Based Document Analysis and Identity Verification: Use powerful tools like AWS Rekognition to analyze and verify identity through image-based document analysis.
  • Develop Scalable Pipelines: Create scalable pipelines using Python, Java, or .NET for OCR output post-processing (JSON/CSV formats).
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions, driving business success.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and cloud governance policies, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ Years of Experience in OCR Technologies: At least 8 years of experience in OCR technologies and intelligent document processing, demonstrating expertise and depth.
  • Azure AI Services and AWS AI/ML Stack: Proficiency in Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML stack, and GenAI frameworks, showcasing a strong foundation in AI development.
  • Strong Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET, enabling efficient development and deployment of custom solutions.
  • Experience with Cloud Services: Experience with Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract, Rekognition, and Bedrock, highlighting a deep understanding of cloud-based services.
  • Familiarity with DevOps Practices: Familiarity with Terraform, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices, offering a seamless integration into existing workflows.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and precise communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and project delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and attention to detail are crucial for delivering high-quality solutions and meeting business objectives.
