Internal Audit Professional

We are seeking a skilled Internal Audit Professional to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting independent audits of various areas of the organization to assess controls over operational efficiencies, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • You will perform internal audit reviews of various areas of the organization, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • In addition to your auditing responsibilities, you will also participate in enterprise-wide risk assessment exercises to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Your analytical skills will be utilized to analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • You may also be involved in conducting fraud and other investigations as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.
  • As an Internal Auditor, you will work closely with management to ensure timely and accurate completion of the audit plan, including preparation and presentation of reports that reflect audit results and document processes.
  • You will collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit to prepare audit committee reports and papers, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to key information.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions and implement corrective actions.
  • Pursue constant process improvements and cost-saving avenues through research and development of internal audit practices.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal audit or a related field is required, preferably holding qualifications like CA/CPA.
  • Prior relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • You should maintain working knowledge in SAP, MS Office, and other analytical tools.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
