Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Techno/Functional Consultant with extensive knowledge of Infor GHR solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management and at least 4-10 years of experience in implementing end-to-end Infor GHR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Infor GHR solutions, including requirement gathering, business analysis, system configuration, integration, testing, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety, Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation, and other related modules.
  • Troubleshoot configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions, and interfaces.
  • Work with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration of extensions and integrations.
  • Utilize Infor ION, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD) for added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 4-10 years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in human resource management desirable.
  • Experience in one or more Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with complex systems.
