Job Title: Strategic Transformation Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Transformation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with expertise in developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 5-14+ years of experience in relevant fields such as business consulting, organizational development, or human resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Proficiency in techno-commercial knowledge and change management principles, with certification in Prosci desirable.
  • Proven experience in consulting and leading change management initiatives, with a focus on employee adoption and usage.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and S4 Hana systems an added advantage.

Role Description:

The Strategic Transformation Expert will be responsible for ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This involves focusing on the people side of change, including business process, system, technology, job role, and organization structure changes. The primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

The successful candidate will drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and proficiency with changes impacting employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes. As a coach, the Strategic Transformation Expert will support senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their change sponsor role. They will also provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

The expert will work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans. This includes applying structured methodologies and leading change management activities, applying change management processes and tools to create strategies for adoption of required changes, supporting communication efforts, and providing input on training programs.
