The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring audit engagements to ensure high-quality results.
- Plan and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform tests of controls and identify audit and accounting issues.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CPA firms and other stakeholders.
- Coach and guide junior staff members on engagements.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting and auditing literature and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2.5 years of auditing experience, preferably in US Audits, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You will also need to be comfortable working independently on multiple assignments or engagements.
