Senior Associate Role

We are seeking ambitious and enthusiastic professionals to join our internal audit team as senior associates. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality audits and engaging with clients to identify risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal audits, from planning to execution and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.
  • Liaise with engagement teams and clients during all phases of the audit, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Develop and review audit workpapers to ensure adherence to established quality standards and benchmarks.
  • Engage in detailed discussions with clients, conducting walkthroughs to identify risks and controls within their operations.
  • Identify and document governance or process gaps, offering actionable recommendations to enhance control effectiveness and mitigate risks.
  • Perform substantive testing of internal controls and audit processes, using data-driven methods to uncover deficiencies or areas for improvement.
  • Communicate risk findings verbally and in writing to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in internal audit and/or internal controls, covering key phases of planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Experience in evaluating and performing risk assessments at a task and organizational level.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against deadlines.
  • Effective communication, written, and verbal skills with experience drafting detailed audit documentation.
  • Experience in problem-solving and implementing solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Understanding of audit concepts and regulations.
  • Minimum 4-7 years' experience in relevant domains.
  • Preferably 'Big 4' or equivalent experience.
