We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Product Engineering Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams to develop Enterprise-grade products that can scale on demand and are secure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing data driven and workflow-based products spanning multiple clouds (AWS/Azure/Google). You will also have a passion for building highly scalable and performant products.

We are seeking someone who is able to conceptualize products, architect/design and take them to customers in a short span of time. You should have a strong understanding of product development and core engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led engineering teams to develop Enterprise-grade products
  • Developed data driven and workflow-based products spanning multiple clouds
  • Built highly scalable and performant products
  • Conceptualized products, architected/design and taken them to customers
  • Collaborated with key partners including Product managers & owners, business and engineering teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ Years of experience working in IT
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science from Tier 1-2 college
  • Experience in agile methodology-based product development
  • Task management experience and ability to plan tasks, discuss and work on priorities
  • Communication skills and ability to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately
