Product Manager for Payments Hub
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of our Payments Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of innovative payment solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the payments industry.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
