Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for front desk operations, recording daily inquiries, providing quick responses to customers, assigning sales managers, managing lobby areas, greeting visitors, and handling incoming sales calls.

You must be a good organizer, communicator, and have a pleasant disposition and friendly personality. Multitasking and time-management skills are essential.

Familiarize yourself with our Front Office policies and procedures. Receive inbound calls and visitors, giving brief project information and handing out collateral to prospects.
