**Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador**

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our properties across South and West India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests throughout their stay, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth flow of information.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary, and escalating complex issues to supervisors.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation, contributing to operational efficiency and reporting needs.
  • Participate in property management activities, including inventory checks, procurement of supplies, and stock management, ensuring effective resource utilization.
  • Assume responsibility as the property in-charge during the absence of the property manager, overseeing daily operations and making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with food and beverage teams to ensure guest satisfaction, supporting menu planning, and recommending dishes to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Process invoices and perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • A pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
