Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and managing enterprise tools, such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and antivirus systems.

Provide second-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
This includes troubleshooting operating systems and application software, and installing/configuring new equipment.

Administrative Duties

Manage user accounts and access rights through the Active Directory. Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory, incident logs, and network diagrams.



Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.3–5 years of hands-on IT experience.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications

Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or CCNA.
