Job Title: IT Service Management Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management Consultant to join our team. As an OTM Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow ITOM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connector (SGC)
  • Design and implement networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment
  • Understand industrial control system works and OT network functions, with knowledge of Purdue Model architecture
  • Implement OT visibility and OT asset management & OT service management module in ServiceNow (desired)
  • Develop skills in Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and Power/Shell scripting
  • Write SQL queries and design database-level architecture
  • Script automated processes using business rule, script action, etc.
  • Enhance and configure ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB data alignment & automated data population, data import, etc.
  • Document development, configuration, and technical details, preparing training material for project
  • Implement CSDM framework for operational technology, documenting end-to-end data alignment process, including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures
  • Train stakeholders on new processes and procedures, ensuring technically feasible solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ITSM or ITOM
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow ITOM platform, including CMDB, discovery, SGC, etc.
  • Networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment
  • Industrial control system works and OT network functions, Purdue Model architecture
  • Desired: Prior experience implementing OT visibility and OT asset management & OT service management module in ServiceNow
