Job Description:

As a seasoned MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real estate. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

With a focus on hospitality construction projects, you will oversee the installation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local codes. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with architects and structural engineers will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of building codes, such as IBC, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards, to drive energy efficiency and guest experience. Your proficiency in MEP design software, including AutoCAD and Revit MEP, will also be crucial in streamlining project timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Experience with hospitality construction projects
  • Knowledge of building codes (IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE)
  • Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP)
