Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Lead BIM team for MEP projects
  • Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
  • Implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • Conduct clash detection and produce coordination reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior BIM modelers and engineers.
  • Review and validate MEP models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Responsible for doing QA/QC work
  • Support project teams with BIM deliverables including shop drawings, fabrication models, and as-built documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate BIM strategies and progress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance BIM capabilities.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM with a strong focus on MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
  • Experience in clash detection, coordination, and model management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
