Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing interior design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of residential interior design projects, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. A background in modular interior design is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up is required, with strong verbal and written English communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess client requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
  • Create detailed designs and specifications for interior spaces, including floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure design solutions meet their expectations and budget
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project scope
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of design projects
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design
  • Strong portfolio of residential interior design projects
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch
